Product Description The Heavy Grips hand gripper series was developed for athletes who want to take the training of their grip strength to the next level.
These high-quality aluminum-handled handgrippers are made in 50lb increments from 100lbs to 350lbs *so that you can train your grip similar to training any other bodypart-- by increasing resistance. *Grip strength is approximate and does not compare to strengths of any other grippers on the market. The strength of our grippers is tested mid-handle.
If you want to develop serious hand strength for a sport, or just want to impress your friends, than the Heavy Grips hand grippers is the perfect choice for you! The Heavy Grip 100 takes 100lbs of pressure to close, and the Heavy Grip 350 takes a mind boggling 350lbs to close. Compare that to most store bought hand grippers that only take 40lbs to 60lbs of pressure to close!!

| Customer Reviews: A vital piece of workout gear June 1, 2010 R. Hunt (Oneonta, NY United States) I am 56, 160lbs and committed to physical fitness. I purchased both 150 and 200 heavy grip. They are well made and I love the gnarled non-slip grip on the aluminum handle. I keep a set of these in my car. I find the resistance challenging for my strength level. I first purchased the 200's and subsequently ordered the 150's. The 150's are tough enough for me to train with every other day or so and I have made some great gains in the last 6 months. I am considering buying a set of 100's for everyday use and as a warm up for the higher resistance grips. I have learned that a thorough warm up is key to success with these higher resistance grips. I am very happy with the product.
get a grip on things!!! September 23, 2009 Alexandru Stoica (Delaware) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
great product! i bought the pack of 6 from 150 to 350 and i was very happy with the purchase. after several weeks of use, i think the springs lose some of the tension. either that or your grip gets stronger! i suggest not buying the trainer and going straight to the 150. i was able to close the 200 after about 2 weeks of training and now have conquered the 250. good luck!
