Great running shoe August 29, 2010

This is my 2nd pair of Rides and I love them. As a neutral runner they're great for my general training. They have lots of room in the toe, good impact cushioning, and they're very light weight. Amazon's price can't be beat - about 1/2 of regular retail. After a couple hundred miles I'll probably be back for another pair!

I've had this shoe before so I knew that it would fit me and my fitness needs. I like how the mesh material allows my feet to breathe during exercise. I mostly work out at the gym doing forward and backwards type foot movements on the treadmill, elliptical and stationary bike for about an hour up to 4 times a week and the shoe usually lasts me at least 6 months before I start to wear away the bottoms of the soles (should get new shoes every 6 months when doing a lot of exercise to reduce impact on joints). This shoe is also good for other activities. I used it on a 1,200 step hike up the side of a no longer active Hawaiian volcano getting up and down with limited slippage and sufficient stability. The shoes are no longer bright white as they were they were when new but they have been blessed with Hawaiian red dirt!
I would recommend this shoe and it is well worth the price!

Purchased for my wife. This is her second pair...she wore out the first pair. She swears by these shoes. She's into moderate exercise. Goes to the gym four times a week and power walks on weekends in these shoes. She indicates these are light, extremely comfortable and provide excellent foot support. They wear well considering her first pair lasted about two years. Biggest endorsement is that she wanted a second pair even though we tried New Balance, which I swear by.
Recommended.

I'm trying to get back into the running scene after a long break. Right out of the box, these feel great on my feet. The shoes envelop the feet like gloves, feel very cushiony and have a wide, stable base. I wear a 7.5M dress shoe and ordered size 8. This gives me room for a pair of socks. (I still don't like to run, but wearing these have made the transition more bearable.) Recommend highly.

I have wide feet and for once these shoes were comfortable and didn't rub at all. They are super comfy and I could wear them immediately - no blisters.
