This product arrived quickly and included everything in the description. I've had the product for a while and the results are great. I've replaced a lot of heavy equipment with the Total Gym because it's just so small and easy to use. The handle and belt of the Total Gym are firm yet comfortable. I can get really creative with this product and almost target every muscle on my body. I'm very satisfied with the Total Gym and will recommend it to everyone who wants a better body.

This is a great product! After dancing for over ten years and suddenly stopping, I was in need of a fun way to exercise. This was a great and easy product to use. It was a total gym experience without actually having to leave my house. I would recommend it to anyone wanting a fun and inexpensive way to get in shape.

I bought this product recently and so far I couldn't be happier. The belt is really really comfortable and I use it in any one of my rooms. I have some work out equipment in the basement and since I bought this, I have not needed or wanted to use it. I have fun using this, so does my wife. Its very enjoyable and simple but once i finish my work out I am sweating more than I ever do and it feels good. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family in fact I already did. It shipped fast, the only issue that I had was finding in which room I would like to work out in.

I purchased this recently and have been very pleased with it. I practice martial arts, and have had to travel more than usual in the last several weeks, missing a lot of time in the gym. This product is very portable and easy to use, and has allowed me to continue developing upper body strength and practicing my techniques against resistance which is crucial to what I'm working on right now.
