Chin up bar was easy to assemble, took approximately 5-10 minutes.
I've been using the chin-up bar for over a week and it works perfect.

This is the best one out there.
Quick and easy assemble.
The 4 exercise bands, were my favorite part of the equipment.
They each have the metal clips on the grip rather than the plastic one, which makes it durable and not as easily breakable like the plastic attachments. Also, the grips are individually attached to each band making it extremely convenient when changing bands during the workout, what a time saver!

The bands are a little wimpy. I thought they would be a little more sturdy. Haven't put the bar together yet. Just got it today.
