This is a really nice multi-purpose exercise mat. It it nice and cushiony, and "sticky" enough to hold your hands and feet in place when you are in different poses. The price is right, too. A really good buy!

Great mat.
Pros: Puffy. Long so my hands and feet hold the mat taut while in plank & plank variation exercises. I use it on carpet, not hard floor. So, the mat would slip across the carpet if it weren't for its long length so I can put both hands and feet on the mat. Easy to roll up.
Cons: It should have come with straps or a stuff sack to keep it rolled up when not in use.

I tried using this mat once, and the smell was overpowering... chemical rubbery smell. I have since aired it outside for several days, scrubbed it with warm soapy water and hosed it off. It still has a strong smell. I don't know if I'll ever be able to use it.. My other yoga mat did not smell at all...

I really like this mat. It provides the perfect amount of cushioning. Some people have complained about the smell of it, but mine aired out quickly and ceased to smell.
