Product Description
This ZF Weighted vest comes with a full set of weights that can be adjusted from 3 to 140lbs to increase the resistance adeptness. For the purpose of weight loss, the removable weights are located high on the torso to protect the stomach from pounding as you run and also is delicate to the whole body while exercising. The vest is made of heavy-duty 1200D reinforced nylon, featuring double padded shoulders for added comfort, and mesh vented inside for breath ability. The padding is designed to be contoured to your shoulder for maximum comfort. The Zfitness Weighted Vests are completely adjustable for even more comfort. There are two adjustable straps that can be adjusted underneath so you can easily adjust the body length of the vest by sliding the straps up and down through the D-rings. To adjust the weight level, remove or transfer the weights from the packets which secure the weights with the durable Velcro weight closures.
The new ZF weighted vests are designed for all purpose training.

First of all, great product.
The home page could use some work, but that shouldn't deter you from ordering from Amazon.
I'm 130lb and by friend is 250lb and it fits both of us.
The vest comes in two parts:
The back which then straps to the front.
TWO people are needed to strap on with the full weight lest you don't mind laying down to navigate the vest.
It is HEAVY! The weights are removable and come in 3lb increments. The vest weighs about 2 lbs.
Thus far I've been jogging and generic cardio with only 4 bars (12lbs) and showing friends I can wear it with 100lbs.
Sturdy. Straps could use a little work. Owned for seven weeks, use one per week.

The 100 pound weight vest is first rate... even though the overall weight is light, it works out great for high reps without the balancing of the bar on the back. Excellent for high rep squats and lunges... a bit heavy for running. Only complaint is the shipping cost. I thought I had signed up for free shipping with Amazon but was hit with a $130 shipping cost... so shipping is a killer on cost. Product is great!

I'm an American working in South Korea and as such buying and getting things delivered here is quite the challenge. Not so with MIRWEIGHTEDVEST. I could not believe it when I received the shipment upstream a mere three days later. Nobody and I mean none of the major hitters in the internet business ever sent and delivered as fast as these guys. Now, about the product. It will fit anyone. Let me put it this way. It would fit Frankenstein if he choosed to get superfit. I am very impressed with the quality of the vest material and the weights are casted in the order of a black iron frying pan. That is, they'll probably be here long after your cousin Millie is gone. One word of advice is don't try to go too heavy too fast.
