Product Description
This ZF Weighted vest comes with a full set of weights that can be adjusted from 3 to 55lbs to increase the resistance adeptness. For the purpose of weight loss, the removable weights are located high on the torso to protect the stomach from pounding as you run and also is delicate to the whole body while exercising. The vest is made of heavy-duty 1200D reinforced nylon, featuring double padded shoulders for added comfort, and mesh vented inside for breath ability. The padding is designed to be contoured to your shoulder for maximum comfort. The ZF Weighted Vests are completely adjustable for even more comfort. There are two adjustable straps that can be adjusted underneath so you can easily adjust the body length of the vest by sliding the straps up and down through the D-rings. To adjust the weight level, remove or transfer the weights from the packets which secure the weights with the durable Velcro weight closures.
The new ZF weighted vests are designed for all purpose training.

The weights are solid. and easy to to add and remove.
The vest is very well made very sturdy.
You can remove one 3 lbs wieghts and put your keys/ MP3 player in there for security.
Good stitching.
Weights are about the size of a standard computer mouse 3 lbs each solid metal.
It does say 40 lbs on the desription but it has slots to expand up to 60 lbs if you purchase additional weights
Best thing wieghts are included.

I bought this vest as a workout tool to use on vacation, it was cheaper to have it shipped to my destination than try to carry any weights with me on a plane. It worked very well; I lost two pounds in one week running with it on. The weights are very secure and well fitted to the vest. I do wish that there was more padding on the shoulders as it became a little uncomfortable after an hour of wear. My other weight vest is very similar but cost twice as much.

This is my first weighted vest and I have no complains about it. I've owned it for several months now (it arrived in August it is now mid-November)and nothing has broken or torn, except for probably the muscle fibers after a good workout. The weights are bricks that are inserted in the openings in the vest. In this way the weight you train with is completely changeable and adjustable to the level of resistance you can handle. A warning though. If this is your first weighted vest train progressively. Meaning, work with what feels comfortable and every week or two add another brick. Train safely. This was a very good buy and the delivery was relatively swift (approx. five days) considering the vest weighs 40+ pounds and it was sent from California to where I live in Florida. It's a great vest.
