I just started using my vest while on the treadmill and love it. I have to say, I haven't reached using all 30lbs but hope to eventually get there :-).....I like the idea I can add weights with time. The vest is very easy to put on and it's a nice quality.

I just received this vest and it came with no instructions whatsoever. It was simply shipped in a Fed Ex box with an invoice -- that was it. There are no instructions for attaching and adjusting the belt, without which you can't use the vest. Nor is it explained how to arrange the weights if you need to work up to the full load. There also are no instructions on the company's web site. I have back and joint issues; there's no way I'm going to experiment on my own with this belt or the weight placement.
Considering that this product cost nearly $150 with shipping, I find this absolutely appalling.
I've contacted the company and will update my review once I have more experience with the product.

For months I have had my eye on this vest for women and for whatever reason, I did not commit. Now that I have, I am very pleased. It arrived really quickly, it is of the quality they advertized and the fit, once adjusted, is perfect. I wear it around the house everyday. I am actually thinking of buying the belt to take to the office. I am very, very pleased!!!!!

I purchased this vest and it fits well. It is just what I needed in my work-outs. The vest is strong and made for active physical exercise. I will in future look at other gears MiR have and will return as a customer again. Thanks MiR for a vest made for women. Connie M.

I had looked at similar vests in my local sporting goods store and they mostly just had men's vest and they were so cumbersome. I like the way this one can be adjusted in so many different ways. And best of all, I received my vest very quickly as they shipped it in a flat rate box. I live in Alaska so shipping is always a challenge. I would absolutely order from MIR again.
