This MiR Weighted vest comes with a full set of weights that can be adjusted from 3 to 60lbs to increase the resistance adeptness. For the purpose of weight loss, the removable weights are located high on the torso to protect the stomach from pounding as you run and also is delicate to the whole body while exercising. The vest is made of heavy-duty 1200D reinforced nylon, featuring double padded shoulders for added comfort, and mesh vented inside for breath ability. The padding is designed to be contoured to your shoulder for maximum comfort. The MiR Weighted Vests are completely adjustable for even more comfort. There are two adjustable straps that can be adjusted underneath so you can easily adjust the body length of the vest by sliding the straps up and down through the D-rings. To adjust the weight level, remove or transfer the weights from the packets which secure the weights with the durable Velcro weight closures. MIR SECURE STRAP (Optional).

This is my first vest so I'm not sure how it compares to others. But it seems like really good quality! And it was shipped pretty fast. Great way to take your workouts to the next level!

Firstly, the vest arrived earlier than expected. Secondly, the adjustable short vest was very comfortable. I tried the vest on as soon as my wife dropped it off at my office. After a few minutes, my co-workers were staring at me oddly. I had completely forgotten I was wearing it. The material is durable and cleans easily. The vest has a reflective stripe which I found to be a pleasant surprise and a useful addition. This vest was much, much better than the last three I purchased. Those others felt like they were stitched together from thorn trees and shrapnel. Mir has definitely won me with this vest.

This is a good vest! I wasn't sure if I wanted to go cheap when buying a weighted vest or spend a little extra to get a Mir vest, in the end I'm glad I got this vest. It's made very well and is great to use while exercising. I like that I can adjust the weight quickly for different exercises. The vest fits well, there's no shifting during movements and the weight is all high on my chest and back which is exactly where I want it. An other great thing is that this vest comes with 40 pounds but it can hold up to 60. If I get to the point where I need more weight, I can just buy more and I don't need to replace the vest.

The vest shipped very quickly, and when it arrived it was in perfect condition. The vest is comfortable and did not shift when used to run.
