Good quality material, nice adjustability with the weights, great fit. Thanks, exactly what i was expecting. Don't pay $60 at your super fitness store, purchase this item and you will be happy. I have ran into one problem with the vest which is mostly a problem with my body structure. When wearing the vest, if you plan on running with it on, it may rub on your collarbone. I fixed that with putting my fleece colar under it.

I purchased this vest under the belief that these were the best weighted vests. While I have enjoyed using it for (boxing, jogging) and see potential benefits it has started to tear in several places after only a couple weeks of use (maybe 5 times).

Very well made for the money and adjustable so that my wife and I can share the same vest for our workouts. This is my first experience with a weighted vest and I primarily use it for walking and short runs. Very pleased with this product.

the vest is made of strong durable material it fits snug to the body and is a good starter weight of 20 lbs i recomend this product to any body that wants to shred some pounds

First of all, I bought this weight vest upon request for my boyfriend. He's been engaging in cross fit training. He uses the weight vest for sprinting up really steep hills for approximately 3-5 miles. This product will definitely get you sweating.
As for the actual weight vest's quality, it is definitely a good value for the price. It's well constructed with heavy stitching and will probably last a while.
The weights are little 1 lb bags of some type of material, probably steel ball bearings or something. There are 10 of them on the back and 10 on the front for equal distribution. It's a one size fits all vest which fits nice and snug with the velco straps wrapped to the appropriate tightness.
Since this product weighs 20 lbs, expect to pay a hefty shipping price but it's worth it because you'll improve your fitness.
I definitely recommend this product to those who want to bring their training to the next level. It's highly recommended that you wear good running shoes while using this product.
