This vest seems pretty good, have not had a chance to use it b/c I just found out I have some lower back problems, but from trying it on when I got it, it seemed to be very well made. The adjustable 1 lb. weights makes it great for anyone who want to start off at a lower weight and slowly increase their weight (on the vest that is)

The vest is great for walking. I especially like that the weights are very small and can be distributed. The product can be better if the material is breathable. I live in Florida and I sweat a lot. I would recommend to anyone who would like to use weights for walking.

If necessary, vest can be made to fit more comfortably by removing some of the weights. All in all, great product.

As I was looking for a weight vest I tried web search after web search, but could only find them for $100 or more. Narrowing the search the J-Fit 30lb vest sold by Joe Muscle was advertised for $50.00 on Amazon. I ordered it right away, and thanks to the incredibly fast processing and shipping I was using it in four days time. It is awesome. It has super-charged my routine, and if it didn't look wierd I would wear it throughout the day. This item is superb, and I'm greatfun that Amazon carried it.
